My specialty is working with borrowers who have the Income Tax Identification Number (ITIN). To help facilitate the process I work with three bilingual team members who speak Spanish and Portuguese. I myself am determined to becoming fluent in Spanish and I work on it daily. I first started in the mortgage industry in 1997 but the last three years of helping people with ITINs has given me the greatest satisfaction of my career. I truly enjoy helping people fulfill their home ownership dream.

Para facilitar nuestra comunicación, cuento con el apoyo de tiempo completo de tres colegas. Ellos me apoyan para atender a mis clientes que prefieren llevar a cabo esta comunicación en español y portugués. Por otro lado, yo estoy tomando clases para mejorar mis habilidades lingüísticas en español y tengo como meta seguir aprendiendo a diario.
Empecé a trabajar en la industria hipotecaria en 1997, pero los últimos tres años en que he colaborado para que personas con número ITIN puedan comprar sus casas, ha sido una de las satisfacciones más importantes de mi vida. Esta labor me brinda la motivación y la oportunidad de ayudar a personas que deben superar obstáculos para convertir el sueño de su casa propia en realidad.

We are very happy for having selected FNBA for our mortgage loan. John Layman Mortgage Loan Officer will creatively offer the options available to you and will walk you through the process answering all the questions you may have. We had a very bumpy road to our home due to Covid19, a transaction fell through right before closing (not by our fault) and John and David were kind and supportive during those times when we lost the deal and then had to start again with another offer.
