Most of my clients don’t fit neatly into the conventional lending box, and that’s where I can help. I work every day with self-employed borrowers, unique properties, and buyers navigating recent credit events or life changes. My specialty is Non-QM lending, where a traditional “no” often just means that a different lending approach is needed. My job is to look at your full financial picture and find the loan solution that actually fits, instead of trying to force your situation into guidelines that were never designed for you.

Before lending, my background was in the sports industry, where preparation, discipline, and follow-through were the standard. I bring that same mindset to every file.
